HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINIT KUMAR MATHUR Order 27/11/2019 Learned counsel for the respondents after making the submissions for quite some time seeks two weeks' further time for compliance of the directions issued by this Court in letter and spirit.
Time prayed for is allowed.
After compliance of the directions issued by this Court, the compliance report shall be filed by the respondents before the next date of hearing, failing which the present incumbent on the post of Director, Department of Social Justice and empowerment, Jaipur (respondent- contemnor No.2) shall remain present before this Court on the next date of hearing to show cause as to why he may not be punished for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
