6. Quarterly expenditure report.
- A quarterly report will be sent to the Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department of Family Planning), Government of India, New Delhi, by the State Family Planning Officer showing the details and amount of payments from the funds made during the quarter under report, under intimation to the State Government.
