12. Registrar.
(1)The Registrar shall be appointed by the Chancellor on the advice of the Government. The terms and conditions of service of the Registrar shall be determined by the Chancellor, on the advice of the Government.(2)The Registrar shall be the Chief Administrative Officer of the University. He shall work directly under the superintmidence, direction and control of the Vice-Chancellor.
