11. Meetings of the Board.
(1)The Board shall ordinarily meet at least once in every six months for the transaction of business and also at such other times as a meeting may be specially convened by the Chairman.(2)Any meeting may be adjourned until the next or any subsequent date and an adjourned meeting may be further adjourned in like manner.
