Section 46(2) in The Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University Act, 1986
(2)The Executive Council shall cause eveiy autonomous college, institution or Department to be inspected from time to time by the inspection committee referred to in Section 57 or by one or more competent person authorised by it in this behalf.
