46. Autonomous colleges, etc., to furnish reports etc.
(1)Every autonomous college, institution or Department shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the Executive Council may require to enable to it judge the efficiency of the college, institution or Department.(2)The Executive Council shall cause eveiy autonomous college, institution or Department to be inspected from time to time by the inspection committee referred to in Section 57 or by one or more competent person authorised by it in this behalf.
