Section 20(1) in The Pepsu Court of Wards Act, 2008
(1)No suit by or on behalf of a ward or affecting any property under the superintendence of the Court of Wards shall be brought without the authority of the Court of Wards or of such officer as it may appoint in that behalf, and in every such suit brought with such authority the Court of Wards shall be named as plaintiff.
