(1)No suit by or on behalf of a ward or affecting any property under the superintendence of the Court of Wards shall be brought without the authority of the Court of Wards or of such officer as it may appoint in that behalf, and in every such suit brought with such authority the Court of Wards shall be named as plaintiff.(2)In every suit against a ward or affecting property under the superintendence of Court of Wards the Court of Wards shall be named as the defendant.(3)Suits brought by or against any Court of Wards may be instituted and conducted or defended on behalf of the Court of Wards by the Deputy Commissioner of the district specified in the order of assumption in the notification under section 9, or by the manager or other person authorised, by general or special order or rule made under this Act, in that behalf, by the Court of Wards.
