Section 10(3)(a) in Bachelor of Engineering and Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008

(a)Notwithstanding any thing contained in sub-rule (2), one supernumerary seat in each college or institute shall be filled in, by the candidate who are migrants of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, in accordance with the directions from the All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi and Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India, subject to the eligibility criteria prescribed in these rules:
