Section 3(c) in Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Rules, 2005
(c)Application tee of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) shall be sent alongwith application through a crossed account payee draft in the name of the "Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission" payable at Raipur.
