Section 7 in The Drugs And Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954
7. Penalty.—
Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of this Actor the rules made thereunder shall, on conviction, be punishable—(a)in the case of a first conviction, with imprisonment which may extend to six months, or with fine, or with both;(b)in the case of a subsequent conviction, with imprisonment which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
