Section 12(1) in The Gujarat Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Act, 2008
(1)The State Government may, after taking into consideration of the cost of production, etc. including trait value and other related factors wherever necessary, obtained from various agencies concerned, fix maximum sale price from time to time, of all types of cotton seeds.
