12. Power to fix the price.
(1)The State Government may, after taking into consideration of the cost of production, etc. including trait value and other related factors wherever necessary, obtained from various agencies concerned, fix maximum sale price from time to time, of all types of cotton seeds.(2)Every such price shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective from such date as may be specified therein.
