1. This application has been filed for recalling order dated 17th November, 2021 by which the transfer petition had been dismissed in default and restoring the present petition to its original position. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the complaint had been filed by the complainant in the District Court, Saket (South District) due to an inadvertent error considering that the jurisdiction of the complaint ought to have been in Tis Hazari Court (Central) on account of the fact that the bank of the complainant is located at Rajender Nagar which comes under the jurisdiction of Tis Hazari Courts (Central). Since the matter related to an inter-district transfer, the matter had been placed on the Administrative Side before this Court by the Registrar General on a request by the Principal District and Sessions Judge.

2. In view of the same, the said complaint CT No.5169/2020 M/s. Online Micro Services Pvt. Ltd. v. One Culture Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. is accordingly transferred to the Tis Hazari Courts (Central).

3. A copy of the order be sent to Principal District and Sessions Judge, Saket (South) for information and a copy of the order be sent to Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari (Central) to allocate the matter to an appropriate Court.

4. List on 20th February, 2023 at 10:00 am before the Ld. Principal District and Sessions Judge for further directions.

5. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

6. Order be uploaded on the website of this Court.
