Section 12(1) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(1)A member of the State Advisory Committee, not being an ex officio member, may resign his office by a letter in writing addressed to the State Government through its Secretary in the Ministry dealing with Labour, with prior information to the Chairperson of such Committee.
