Section 12 in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008

12. Resignations.

(1)A member of the State Advisory Committee, not being an ex officio member, may resign his office by a letter in writing addressed to the State Government through its Secretary in the Ministry dealing with Labour, with prior information to the Chairperson of such Committee.
(2)The seat of such a member shall fall vacant from the date on which his resignation is accepted by the State Government, or on the expiry of thirty days from the date of receipt of the letter of resignation by that Government whichever is earlier.
