Section 14(f) in U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Committees and Sub-Committees, Affiliation of Institutions) Regulation, 2000

(f)it shall not seek affiliation of any other Board or any other examining body conducting diploma examinations in Engineering, Technology or any other branch for which the Board conducts examinations and awards diplomas;
