5. Officers and other employees of the Authority.
(1)The authority may appoint such number of officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.(2)The salaries and allowances payable to and the other terms and conditions of the officers and other employees appointed for the purpose of the Authority shall be such as may be prescribed.
