(2)[ On receipt of the report under Clause (a) of sub-rule (1), the Recruitment Bureau for the State shall invite Applications for eligible candidates by advertisements, in one English daily and two Tamil dailies having circulation in the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu, approved by the Government for issue of Government advertisements.] [Proviso was substituted by G.
