Section 16(2) in Bachelor of Engineering and Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008
(2)In case the candidate, who having paid the fees after getting admission, gets his admission cancelled, provided that the seat vacated by him is filled by another candidate, shall be paid back the fees paid by him after the completion of admission process.
