Section 16(a) in Orissa Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008
(a)The licensee shall submit to the Licensing Authority concerned a true return in Form 'C' so as to reach him not later than the fifth day of each month, of stocks, receipts and deliveries of each of the essential commodities during the preceding month;
