Order 05/08/2019 After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that the subsisting interim orders need to be vacated. The (Downloaded on 30/08/2019 at 12:50:54 AM) (4 of 4) [CW-13871/2018] Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) shall proceed to open the sealed cover, and announce the results of the petitioners in these matters. In case of those petitioners, who are successful and have passed the written examination by securing marks either equivalent or in excess of the cut-off marks, the questions urged in these proceedings would survive. However, in case of others i.e. those who are unsuccessful and secured marks which are below the cut-off marks, the questions urged in these petitions would not arise.
The RPSC is, therefore, permitted to declare the result and make an appropriate statement, vis-a-vis the present petitioners on the next date of hearing.
