4. Grant of registration certificate.
(1)The register of catering establishments shall be maintained in Form No. II.(2)[ The registration certificate shall be in duplicate in Form No. III, one to be issued to the employer and the other to serve as counter-foil.] [Substituted by Notification No. S.R.O.
