Section 12(1) in The Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009
(1)The District Social Welfare Officer shall maintain proper records by way of maintaining registers duly indexed, containing the details of the voluntary organization providing Age care services as in Annexure II.
