13. Maintenance of records and submission of returns.
- The Licensing Officer may, by order in writing direct any holder of a licence-(a)to maintain such record relating to storage of agricultural produce in a cold storage in such forms as may be specified in the order;(b)to submit to him such returns or statements in such form and containing such information relating to the agricultural produce stored in the cold storage and within such time as may be specified in the order.
