Section 20(5) in Haryana State Electricity Board (Workshop Organisation) Regulations, 1992
5.0SAS Account : 5.1 50% posts of SAS Accountant (Now Section Officer), shall be filled up by promotion from amongst the Divisional/Revenue Accountant on seniority-cum- merit basis, having following qualifications and experience :-(a)2 years experience on regular basis as Divisional/Revenue Accountant.(b)Having passed the SAS Accountants Examination as prescribed by the Board.
