345.
(a)The following certificate should be appended to each bill in which the charges referred to in the preceding rule are drawn:-"Certified that the charges included in this bill have been drawn in accordance with the scale laid down by Government in the notification, dated the 23rd May, 1892, and that each Court-fee stamp for which commission is drawn is defaced with the words "Commission allowed". Certified also that the fees drawn on previous bills (with the exception of those deducted above) have been disbursed to the proper person and his receipt taken in the acquittance roll filed in my office."(b)As there is a separate Budget Allotment for the expenditure, the charges should be drawn on separate bills showing the allotment and expenditure up to date of each drawal.Note. - The rules in this chapter apply also to Subordinate Judges and Munsifs taking cognizance of proceedings under the Indian Succession Act, 1925 (Act XXXIX of 1925), under the authority conferred by section 28(2)(d) of the Bengal Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act, 1887 (Act XII of 1887).
