Section 8(2) in The Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Engineering Wing) Execution of Works Rules, 1979
(2)for all financial matters, Departmental Financial Rules contained in the Financial Hand Book No. 3, as applicable to the Department of Public Works, shall be applicable.
