Section 19 in The National Capital Region Planning Board Rules, 1985
19. Conduct of meetings.
(1)Ordinary meetings:- At an ordinary meeting, business shall be conducted in the following order :-(a)The minutes of the previous ordinary meeting and any special meeting held after such ordinary meeting shall be read and confirmed;(b)The business postponed at the previous meeting shall then be considered;(c)subjects included in the agenda shall thereafter be considered;(d)any other items may also be considered if permitted by the Presiding Officer.(2)Special meetings. - At a special meeting only the business for the purpose of considering which the special meeting has been called shall be considered.
