Section 16(1) in U.P. Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2018
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer of the Government for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in accordance with these rules.
