16. Protection of action taken under these rules.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer of the Government for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in accordance with these rules.(2)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in accordance with these rules or any order made thereunder.[Chapter 6] [Inserted by Notification No. 342/86-2019-183-2011, dated 9.3.2019.] Repeal and Saving
