Section 29(3) in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
(3)The Director of Extension [Education] [Word inserted by W.B. Act 21 of 1996.] shall be responsible for the execution of agricultural extension programme drawn up under this Act. He shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be conferred or imposed on him by the Statutes.
