Section 12(3) in Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2004
(3)Opening and closing time of shops shall be fixed by the Collector. The shops shall remain open at least eight hours in a day. The shop shall remain open in morning and evening during fixed hours according to the local requirements.
