1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Orissa Ayurvedic Medicine Act, 1960.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [The Act came into force w.e.f., 2. 9. 1960 vide Orissa Gazette Part III, 1960.] or dates as the State Government may, by notification, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for direct provisions of this Act,
