Section 1(3) in Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Act, 1955
(3)This Section shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act, or any of them, shall come into fore in any area on such date as the State Government may, by notification-appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provision and for different areas.
