Section 9(1) in The Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017
(1)The Authority or the external person shall conduct the physical inspection and collect information of physical parameters of the warehouse as per the requirements under rule 20 and any other requirement specified by the Authority, to the satisfaction of the Authority, and submit an inspection report to the Authority in such form as may be determined by the Authority through guidelines from time to time. .
