Section 56(2)(a) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009

(a)Any generation up to 105% of the declared capacity in any time block of 15 minutes and averaging up to 102.5% of the average declared capacity over a day shall not be construed as gaming, and the generator shall be entitled to UI charges for such excess generation above the scheduled generation (SG).
