Section 84A(2) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968
(2)by all the individual members and any delegates of other members of the society-(a)where the society has as its members-(i)individuals, and(ii)at least one co-operative society, and(iii)other persons referred to in clauses (c) to (f) of sub-section (1) of Section 17 of the Act, if any,(b)where the co-operative society has as its members individuals and other persons referred to in clauses (c) to (f) of sub-section (1) of Section 17 of the Act, if any.
