(c)Qualification of an Inspector of boilers - No person shall be appointed to the post of Inspector of Boilers unless he has obtained degree in Mechanical Engineering of a recognised University or any qualification declared by the Union or State Public Service Commission as equivalent, thereof and has received training as a practical engineer in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of boilers for not less than two years.
