Section 35(1) in The United Provinces Indian Medicine Act, 1939
(1)The Registrar shall, in every year and from time to time, as occasion may require, on or before a date to be fixed in this behalf by the Board, cause to be published in the Official Gazette and in such other manner as the Board may prescribe, a full or supplementary list of the names for the time being entered in the register and setting forth-(a)all names entered in the register arranged in alphabetical order;(b)the registered address and appointment held by or actual employment of each person whose name is entered in the register; and(c)the registered titles and qualifications of each such person :Provided that the Registrar shall, from time to time, get published in the Official Gazette the names of such practitioners whose names have been duly removed under any of the provisions of this Act.
