Section 44 in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
44. Maintenance of Registers.
(1)A licensed dealer in captive animals, animal articles, trophies or uncured trophies or meet derived therefrom shall maintain a Register in Form No. 21.(2)A licensee who is a taxidermist or a manufacturer of animal articles shall maintain a Register in Form No. 22.(3)A licensee authorised to cook or serve meat in any eating house shall maintain a Register in Form No. 23.(4)The licensee shall ensure that the Register required to be maintained by him under this Rule has been brought up to date before closing the business for the day.
