Section 10 in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1963
10. Notice to elect.
- Not less than 42 days before the date fixed for the election the Collector shall [issue a notice of election] [Substituted by Notification No. F. 10(40)/Agriculture V/69/Group II, dated 20.10.1975-Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-C, dated 21.10.1975, dated 20.10.1975.] and post copies of such notice in Village Panchayat headquarters and other conspicuous places stating:-(a)the number of persons to be elected;(b)the date on which, the place at which, and the hours between which nomination papers shall be presented to him or to any other person authorised by him in this behalf, which date shall not be less than 14 days from the date of publication of notice;(c)the date on which scrutiny of nomination papers shall be made;(d)[ the period of withdrawal of nominations as per Rule 17] [Inserted by Notification No. F. 10(40)/Agriculture V/69/Group II, dated 20.10.1975-Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-C, dated 21.10.1975, dated 20.10.1975.];(e)[] [Renumbered by Notification No. F. 10(40)/Agriculture V/69/Group II, dated 20.10.1975-Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-C, dated 21.10.1975, dated 20.10.1975.] the date on which and the place or places at which the votes of the electors shall be taken, if there be a poll and the hours during which the poll shall be taken; and(f)[] [Renumbered by Notification No. F. 10(40)/Agriculture V/69/Group II, dated 20.10.1975-Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-C, dated 21.10.1975, dated 20.10.1975.] the day on which and the place and hour at which the votes shall be counted.
