Section 29(1) in Rajasthan Stamp Rules, 2004

(1)Every licensed vendor or ex-officio vendor who purchases judicial or non-judicial stamps from the Government on payment of ready money shall be allowed following discount, namely:-

(a)	Chief Secretary to the Government	Chairman
(b)	Chairman, Board of Revenue	Member
(c)	Secretary to the Government in Department ofPersonnel	Member
(d)	Secretary to the Government in RevenueDepartment	Member-Secretary]
