(12)The shunting Jamadar. - (a) Every locomotive or wagon in motion in a factory shall be in charge of a properly trained Jamadar.(b)Before authorizing a locomotive or wagon to be moved; the shunting jamadar shall satisfy himself that no person is under or in between or in front of the locomotive or wagon.
