6. Role of the Superintendent of Police.
- The Superintendent of Police shall.(a)Assist the Collector in ensuring implementation of the provision of the Act and these rules;(b)work under direct control and superintendence of the Collector;(c)enforce and implemen t such lawful directions of the Collector or the Director Mines or the Mines Commissioner as issued under the Act and these rules;(d)Submit such reports and in such manner as the Collector or the Director Mines or the Mines Commissioner may desire.
