263H. [ Civic participation. - [Chapter XXA including sections 263A to 263M inserted by W.B. Act 9 of 1994.]
(1)The Corporation shall convene a meeting of the citizens in each area covered by a Borough Committee once a year for placing its annual administration report and annual financial statement for public information and deliberation thereon].(2)The views of the citizens on the said report and statement shall be recorded and considered in such manner as may be prescribed.
