Section 8(4) in Bihar Employees' State Insurance Medical Service Rules, 1981
(4)Character. - A candidate shall be of good character and shall submit to the Commission alongwith his application, certificates of character from-(a)the Principal, Proctor, Dean or Professor-ln-charge of the department concerned of the College or University in which he last studied; and(b)two Gazetted Officer or respectable persons (not being relations) who are well acquainted with him in private life and unconnected with his College or University career, without prejudice to the normal verification of character and antecedents prior to his appointment.Note - Copies of certificates required under this Rule alongwith those in support of the medical qualification and housemanship as required under Rule 8(2) of those Rules duly attested by a Gazetted Officer shall be forwarded with the application and the originals thereof shall be produced at the time of interview.
