(2)Once the counting of votes and declaration of results of elected candidates in all the Territorial Constituencies is completed as detailed in Form-24, the list j of candidates elected shall be recorded in Form-25 for members and Presidents and exhibit it on the Notice Board of the office of the Returning Officer.
