Section 1 in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
1. Short title, application, commencement and extent.
(1)These rules may be called the Bihar Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and conditions of Service) Rules, 2005.(2)It shall apply to the building or other construction work relating to any establishment (in the whole of the State of Bihar) in relation to which appropriate Government is the Government of Bihar under the Act.(3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.(4)It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.
