Section 86(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)The Planning design and installation of water supply system drainage and sanitation and gas supply systems in building shall be in accordance with Section 1 (water supply). Section 2 (Drainage and Sanitation) and Section 3 (Gas supply) of Part IX (Plumbing Service) of the National Building Code of India 1983.
